Hi Barb,
It's all about the process which is actually very ancient. First I carve a sphere and then lay out the division upon it's surface. From there it's a matter of carving into it working everywhere little by little to maintain balance. I'm working on a very big one. Will post photo soon.

Hi Allen, I was a draftsmen or draftswoman, to be politically correct, so I understand how important and difficult it is to be accurate; this piece is wonderfully NUTS! I wouldn't be able to begin to figure how to create this in 2-D let alone 3. Masterful!! barb
